Annual Dinner and AGM Saturday 18th September 2021
Venue : The Moorings Hotel, Banavie, Fort William
The AGM will be held at 5.00pm, for all RHSoc members, followed by the Annual Dinner for members and guests, gathering at 7.00pm for drinks and chatter. The shortlisted photos from the 2020 Annual Photo competition will be on display, and there will be the opportunity for everyone to help in the selection of the winning photos and runners up.
After the dinner, there will be an awards presentation, followed by time to socialise.
If you reserved for the postponed annual dinner in 2020, then your meal booking(s) will be carried over to this year. Room reservations at The Moorings have also been re-scheduled for Friday and Saturday nights but individuals need to reconfirm these with the Hotel. The Hotel will also take new room bookings and has good availability. Those with accommodation booked elsewhere will need to contact the accommodation provider directly.
